According to the Singapore Business Times, on 14 March, the electronic market liquidity provider B2C2 won an action against Quoine at the Singapore Encrypted Currency Exchange, where B2C2 would be awarded $11.5 million at an exchange rate equal to over 3,000 bitcoin BTC. The dispute occurred last November, in Singapore's first encrypted currency court case involving B2C2 transactions on the Quoine platform in April 2017. At that time, Quoine was experiencing technical difficulties, resulting in a temporary loss of liquidity. In such a case, B2C2 in Quoine's Bitcoin currency was allowed to convert at an unconventional rate of exchange of about US$12,000 per ETH at that time.
