2019年11月21日下午，由清华大学全球私募股权研究院、中国移动通信联合会区块链专业委员会、中国政法大学区块链金融法治研究中心、北京邮电大学技术转移中心联合主办的“区块链技术和产业创新发展”主题沙龙活动在清华大学舜德楼201成功举办。
On the afternoon of 21 November 2019, the Sharon event on the theme “Technology and Industrial Innovation Development in Block Chains”, co-sponsored by the Institute of Global Private Equity of Qinghua University, the Specialized Committee on Block Chains of the China Mobile Communications Federation, the Centre for the Study of the Rule of Law in Block Chains of the University of China, and the Technology Transfer Centre of Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, was successfully held at Sunde Building, Qinghua University.

陈晓华主任认为，区块链既具备技术属性又具备金融属性，未来将成为数字经济的重要组成部分，并且将在社会治理、经济民生、科技创新、行业机构与科技监管等方面发挥着巨大的作用。
According to Director Chen Xiaohua, the block chain has both technical and financial attributes and will be an important part of the digital economy in the future and will play a significant role in social governance, economic livelihood, science, technology and innovation, industry institutions and regulation of science and technology.
中国政法大学教授、博导，区块链金融法治研究中心主任胡继晔
胡继晔教授从区块链与数字金融监管的角度进行了分享。他用微信抢红包的例子向我们形象的解释了区块链-分布式账本的本质特征。他谈到，目前我国已经推出区块链立法，但相较于欧美等发达国家仍然相对落后。目前我国正在大力发展区块链立法修法，相信在未来我国区块链相关法律法规将会更加完善，从而更好地规范区块链发展。
Professor Hu shared it from the point of view of block chains and digital financial regulation. He explained to us the essence of the block chain-distributed books in the case of the micro-trusting of red bags. He said that we have now introduced block-chain legislation, but that it is still relatively backward compared to developed countries like Europe and the United States.

马兆丰教授发表了题为“区块链技术和产业创新发展与应用”的主旨演讲。他从区块链的起源、原理、本质、作用及应用五个方面总结出了区块链的五元辩证观。并向我们详细解释了区块链计算范式原理本质及核心技术体系架构等。
Professor Ma Mofoon gave a keynote address entitled “The development and application of block chain technology and industrial innovation.” He summarized the five-dollar dialect of the block chain in five ways: its origins, rationale, nature, role, and application.

The round table was chaired by Yang Jian. Dundee, Ma Mofoon, Wang peacefully participated in the round-table discussions. The guests focused on the technology and industrial applications of block chains and shared their ideas on how they were developing and on how they could contribute to industrial innovation.
