百度首次发布超级链系统——XuperChain，并宣布度链公司落户“区块链试验区”。
10月18日下午，海南与百度公司的一系列合作签约仪式在澄迈海南生态软件园举行，双方将携手共建百度海南生态村、百度区块链实验室、智能驾驶汽车产业等多个项目。
On the afternoon of 18 October, a series of cooperative signing ceremonies between Henan and Pedo took place at the Maehainan Ecological Software Park, where the two parties will work together to build projects such as the 100-Do Hainan Eco-village, the 100-degree sector chain laboratory and the intelligent motor vehicle industry.
其中，百度海南生态村将在海南省政府的支持下，依托百度生态体系，整合包括百度公司、百度联盟、百度长江学堂以及合作伙伴资源，导入领先技术、企业孵化等价值服务和支撑，由海南生态软件园整体规划和建设。这也意味着，继海南腾讯生态村、中国游戏数码港、中国智力运动产业基地之后，又一个100亿元级产业项目落户海南生态软件园。

海南百度区块链实验室则由省工信厅、百度公司、海南生态软件园共建，落户在海南自由贸易试验区和中国特色自由贸易港区块链试验区。“实验室”将针对区块链技术的迭代发展展开深度研究，探索区块链技术在知识产权、电子商务、教育、交通等领域的发展与应用，与海南共建区块链产业生态。
The Heidu Block Chain Laboratory, which is co-built by the Provincial Engineering and Information Agency, Pedu Corporation, Heinan Eco-Systems, is located in the Hainan Free Trade Experiment Area and the China-specific Free Trade Port Zone Block Test Area.
