The profession is designed for professionals with mastery of block chains and related technologies to analyse, design, implement and evaluate financial science and technology and other related systems, products and services. It covers key emerging technologies and applications of financial science and technology, as well as other aspects of safety, compliance and regulation. The programme provides students with the knowledge, support and guidance they need to pursue lifelong learning and development in financial science and technology and other related disciplines.
1. Develop graduates with technical expertise in block chains and strong intellectual and practical skills and critical thinking skills;
2. Develop graduates with holistic and analytical thinking skills and apply key emerging technologies such as block technologies, distributional computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analysis to solve problems in the financial field and other related disciplines.
3. Develop graduates with professional ethics, social responsibility and full competence to contribute to the development of Hong Kong and China; and
Develop graduates with the ability to keep up with innovation, up-to-date and advanced technologies and independent lifelong learning .
