经济日报-中国经济网北京5月21日讯（记者 秦海波）Morganchain（以下简称摩根链）5月20日发布了项目方第一款地理标志农产品（即GI食材）区块链溯源成果：中国五常地区的纯胚芽米。目前，消费者已经可以通过站方提供的链接进行预售。
On May 20, China’s economic network, Beijing, 21 May (journalist Qin Haibo), Morganchain (hereinafter “Morgan Chain”), published the results of the project’s first geographical map of agricultural products (i.e., GI food products) chain: pure embryonic sprouts in China’s P5 region. Consumers can now pre-sell them via links provided by the site.
地理标志农产品即GI食材，是指来源于特定地域，产品品质和相关特征主要取决于自然生态环境和历史人文因素，并以地域名称冠名的特有农产品。“五常胚芽米是我们发布的第一款落地的地理标志农产品！今年摩根链将在全球发布100款地理标志农产品的SKU，为消费者提供安全和营养的餐桌保障。”摩根链的中国战略合作方，北京躬耕园农业总经理杨帆透露。“三年来，摩根链团队一直在此领域默默耕耘，除了对国内外的地理标志农产品进行区块链溯源之外，还会在GI食材的国际物流领域进行数据跟踪和认证。之所以聚焦于地理标志农产品这个特定的领域进行溯源，是因为地理标志农产品的消费者食品安全意识强，更关注生活的品质，更愿意传播摩根链的价值观。”

同一般的大宗农产品相比，地理标志农产品有如下特点：一是由于特定土地资源的数量局限，单个地理标志农产品产量有限，有一定稀缺性；二是由于品质优良，地理标志农产品对环境要求更高，生产工艺更复杂，成本更高，定价上有一定溢价率；三是地理标志农产品有其独特的生物基因传承，对人类健康更有裨益；四是地理标志农产品有品味、文化、身份象征等加持，使得其消费成为一种潮流，让消费者除了享受美食，还能获得精神的愉悦。
Geographically marked agricultural products have the following characteristics compared with the general bulk of agricultural products: first, because of the limited quantity of specific land resources and the limited and somewhat scarce production of individual geomarked agricultural products; secondly, because of their high quality, the geographical marker agricultural products are more environmentally demanding, more complex and costly, and have a certain premium on pricing; thirdly, because the geomarked agricultural products have their unique biogenetic heritage and are more beneficial to human health; and fourthly, because the geomarked agricultural products are characterized by a combination of taste, culture, identity, etc., which makes their consumption a trend that allows consumers to enjoy spiritual pleasures in addition to enjoying good food.
但是，也正是地理标志农产品的上述优点及其巨大的市场，使之成为大量不法商贩的造假目标，大量低成本粗制滥造的假冒“地理标志农产品”挤进市场。“摩根链”要解决的核心问题，就是保证GI食材的真实可信：通过物联网进行信息采集，并用区块链技术对数据进行分布式存储，用户扫码即可溯源，实现地理标志农产品各环节信息和数据的可追溯、不可篡改。
But it is also the above-mentioned advantages of geo-labelling agricultural products and their huge markets that make them a false target for a large number of illegal traders, with a large number of low-cost, crudely-made pseudo-labelled “geographically-marked agricultural products” rushing into the market. The central issue to be addressed by the “morgan chain” is to ensure the credibility of the GI food items: the collection of information through the object network and the distribution of the data using block-chain technology, which allows users to trace the information and data on the various components of the geo-marked agricultural product to be traced and irreproachable.
“目前摩根链的底层链合作方是主打物联网的沃尔顿链，摩根链作为应用链，首先考虑的是目前在研发和运营的技术公链（包括联盟链）是否能满足对GI食材的溯源需求，并同时评估是否需要开发自己的地理标志农产品联盟链：如果不能，项目方会立刻启动联盟链的开发。”摩根链中国技术合作方北京重度科技有限公司CEO马磊介绍，项目的所有技术研发方向和资金投入，都是围绕是否能够最大限度帮助消费者低成本低门槛的对GI食材进行溯源的目标。

Ltd. in Beijing, the Morgan chain, are aimed at retroactiveizing GI food materials at low-cost and low-threshold thresholds that can help consumers to the maximum extent possible.
“‘摩根链’是从‘地理戳’、‘时间戳’、‘品质戳’3个不同的技术范围进行数据采集，然后存储到底层链上”。杨帆补充说：“所谓‘地理戳’是指对地理标志农产品的生产基地进行24小时不间断的卫星监控，保证农产品生产过程真实可靠；‘时间戳’是指对地理标志农产品生产的全过程各节点进行实时监测，保证检测结果不可篡改；‘品质戳’是指对地理标志农产品的原种、肥料、成品等进行全程检测，保证检测结果实时记录”。

此次推出的躬耕园“区块链溯源纯胚活米”，是国内首个区块链溯源纯胚活米，其以躬耕园位于黑龙江五常市民乐乡的自有基地出产的当季有机水稻为原料，采用日本原装进口的有机胚芽米设备，精准剥离稻米2微米种皮层，不损伤胚芽，保留糊粉层，颠覆传统米业加工方式，留胚率大于95%、胚芽完整度大于90%（胚芽蕴含丰富的蛋白质、淀粉、膳食纤维、多种维生素及生物活性物质 ，而且含有钙、铁、锌、硒等微量元素，被称为人类健康的“天赐营养源”）。纯胚活米留有大部分的胚芽和一小部分糠皮，保留了稻米75%左右营养成分，既保留了糙米的营养又有类似于精白米的口感，可以说是最理想的大米状态。

据悉，首批预售的胚芽米创世溯源5000份，拿到后扫码即可区块链溯源，消费者可保留溯源二维码，项目方透露后期会在社区进行抽奖活动。另外，配送日期在6月15日左右，拿到货是6月23日左右，胚芽米正常保质期是六个月，打开真空包装后最佳食用时间是30天。
