This is different from traditional hierarchical organizations, where CEOs, owners, or boards have the prerogative to implement most decisions unilaterally, while other stakeholders have little access to the channel to express their views.

This would eliminate potential discrimination in identity, such as gender, race, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, and nationality. This is also in stark contrast to traditional organizations. Members of traditional organizations have made their personal identities public, making it difficult to establish more pure excellence.
