As one of the important branches of the meeting, the China Zone Chain Industry Summit adopted four major thematic forums – the Block Chain Government and Values Internet, NFT and the Meso-Cosmos, Digital Finance, Privacy Computation and Distribution – to discuss and analyse the development, application, and policy direction of current and future block chain technologies.

分论坛“NFT与元宇宙”由《企业观察报》社副社长施进军主持，中国中小企业协会副会长、原秦皇岛市市长宁金彪，赛迪区块链研究院院长、中国区块链生态联盟副理事长刘权，新加坡经济学会副主席、全球金融科技学院董事局主席李国权等权威专家发表了重磅演讲。

“Small and medium-sized enterprise finance is expensive and a world-class challenge. 区块链如何支持中小企业发展？对此，宁金彪表示，用通俗易懂的话来说，区块链技术的核心是把原来的大数据进行加工，让“信息”产生“应有价值”，让“信息流”与“价值流”统一起来。区块链技术可以追溯信息的来源、认证信息的真伪、更为准确地衡量数据价值，促进企业融资问题的解决。就是说，区块链技术是把原来比较“死”的数据，通过适当的加工，变为更加可信、可靠、系统化的具有高利用价值的数据，金融机构可以据此进行价值识别，作出判断，以信息和价值的流动，促进资金的畅通。

赛迪区块链研究院院长、中国区块链生态联盟副理事长刘权在以《区块链是什么、干什么、怎么干》为题的主旨演讲中表示，区块链是当前中国掌握核心技术、自主创新的重要突破口，因为，第一，区块链带动作用非常强，没有任何一个新技术能够涉及到通信、存储、网络安全、密码，推动区块链就能把传统技术带动起来；第二，区块链和最新的技术、大数据、人工智能是天然地融合发展，你中有我、我中有你，把区块链作为抓手，能带动新的技术发展，包括物联网。

刘权认为，区块链的价值可以理解为五个方面：一是去中心化的分布式结构，可节省大量的中介机构成本消耗；二是不可篡改的时间戳可解决数据追踪与信息防伪问题；三是区块链有助于实现用户对数据的控制权；四是很好地解决关键数据的数据保护和授权访问问题；五是灵活的可编程特性有助于规范现有市场秩序。
Liu believes that the value of the block chain can be understood in five ways: one is a decentralized distributed structure that saves significant costs for intermediaries; the other is a non-alterable time stamp that solves the problem of data tracking and information security; the third is a block chain that helps to achieve user control over data; the fourth is a good solution to the issue of data protection and access to key data; and the fifth is a flexible programming feature that helps to regulate the existing market order.
