马占凯身上有多重标签，“数学天才”，“搜狗输入法之父”，担任过美团网顾问，也曾创过业，现在的身份是番茄钱包创始人。
She has multiple labels on her body, “Mathematic genius”, “Father of the Law of Searching for Dogs”, and has been a consultant to the American Legion Network, and has also had a career and is now a founder of tomato purses.
众多title中，最不一样的就是“搜狗输入法之父”，他的评价是“自我介绍很方便”。而创建搜狗输入法的这段经历，也是他不一样人生的开端。

马占凯清楚的回忆，2005年6月12号，他还是山西太原的一名机械工程师，带着一千元人民币来到北京，两个月后入职搜狐，推动了搜狗输入法的实现。
On 12 June 2005, he was also a mechanical engineer in Shanxi Taihara, travelling to Beijing with RMB 1,000 and entering a search for the fox two months later, contributing to the realization of the law on dog searches.
2005年是中国互联网发展进程中值得记录的一年。7月，李开复离开微软来到谷歌中国；8月，阿里巴巴收购雅虎中国；百度在美国纳斯达克上市，成为2005年全球资本市场上最引人注目的公司之一。刚刚毕业工作一年的马占凯因为这股时代浪潮倍感兴奋，一心想要加入互联网公司，机会在哪？这个热爱使用电脑的年轻人在输入法上找到了突破。
In July, Li returned from Microsoft to Google China; in August, Ali Baba acquired Yahoo China; and in August, Pedu was listed in NASDAQ, the United States of America, one of the most prominent companies in the world’s capital markets in 2005. Madyan Qai, who had just graduated for a year, was excited to join an Internet company.
当时绝大多数国内用户使用的是紫光输入法，但是输入时只能一页一页寻找相应的字，而不是像搜索引擎的搜索框一样有相应的联想提示，这让马占凯诞生了一个联想：为什么不能把搜索引擎的词库转移到输入法里？这样互联网的热搜词就能够马上出现在输入法的词库中，给用户输入必定能带来极大的便利。
The majority of domestic users then used purple input, but only one page at the time of entry was able to search for the corresponding words, rather than having the corresponding connection as a search engine's search box, which made it possible to imagine why the search engine's vocabulary could not be transferred to the input method. In that way, the Internet's hot search word could appear in the input method's vocabulary immediately and would certainly be extremely convenient for users to enter.
随即，马占凯给百度连续发了四封电子邮件，然而等来的回复只有一句“谢谢您使用百度”。不放弃的马占凯转而将点子发给搜狐，马上等来了回复并约他三天后到公司聊一聊。
In the meantime, Mahankai sent four successive e-mails to 100 degrees, but only one reply was "Thank you for using 100 degrees." The non-relinquished Macanke sent the idea to the fox search, immediately waiting for a reply and asked him to come to the company in three days.
马占凯意识到，这可能是他一生中为数不多进入互联网的机会。的确，对于一个普通211学校刚刚毕业的大学生来说，机械专业毕业，没有任何计算机相关背景，在互联网刚刚兴盛的年代，任何一个与头部互联网公司直接接触的敞口都是机遇。
Madyankay realizes that this may be a small number of Internet access opportunities in his life. Indeed, for a college student who has just graduated from a normal 211 school, there is no computer-related background for a mechanical profession, and any exposure to a head Internet company in the early days of the Internet is an opportunity.
马占凯为这次见面做了精心准备。在三天时间里，他几乎没有睡觉，日夜研究搜索引擎和输入法相关资料，做了一万字笔记，准备了一份32页的文档，提了有关输入法的100个创意点子写入PPT发邮件给了搜狐，现场便顺利面试入职。
In three days, he had hardly slept, studied search engines and input information, made 10,000 notes, prepared a 32-page document, and wrote 100 creative ideas about how to enter into PPT emails to search for foxes, and successfully interviewed him on the spot.
但想法的施行过程一波三折，先是没有得到直接推行，又是搜狐收购紫光不成。马占凯依然不死心，“每次想到这个输入法未来可能有一亿人用我就激动的睡不着觉”，于是又做了一份名为“一个可能的杀手级应用”的PPT，第二次向搜狐高管提议。随后，项目启动。半年后，完成demo并对外上线，王小川指定马占凯担任搜狗输入法第一任产品经理，最终，马占凯负责产品设计，把搜狗输入法从0做到了一亿用户。现今，搜狗输入法8亿用户，国内几乎人人在用。
But the process of implementing the idea was reversed without a direct push and a search for the fox to acquire purple light. Ma Jincay remained unsettled, “I could sleep with 100 million people every time it came to mind that this input method might happen in the future,” and then made another PPT called “A possible Killer Level Application” with a second offer to search the fox tube. Then, the project started. Six months later, when the demo was completed and went online, Wang Xiaochuan appointed Ma Jincai as the first product manager of the search law, and finally, he was in charge of the design of the product and did 100 million users of the search law. Now, 800 million users of the law are in search of dogs, almost everyone in the country is using it.
这段经历让他从一个门外汉正式扎根互联网行业，也让他从零成长为一名资深产品经理。2009年，马占凯离开搜狐加盟奇虎360，2012年离开360，任美团顾问。现在的马占凯在两年空闲后再度创业，创办番茄钱包，all in 区块链。
This experience allowed him to take formal root in the Internet industry from an outsider and to grow from zero to a senior product manager. In 2009, Majangai left the search for the fox and Qi Tiger 360 in 2012 to serve as consultant to the US Regiment.
其实在三年前，马占凯便跟朋友在电话中讨论过区块链，但那时仅仅认为区块链是一项普通技术，再度接触区块链已经是2017年12月，这时的区块链在马占凯眼里已经成长为庞然大物。

一猛子扎进区块链，马占凯快速提升认知的办法有两个：看书，“聊人”。他发起了一个区块链学习挑战，计划30天看完30本区块链的书，目前以每天1本书的阅读速度看完了17本，每周跟2-5个区块链创业者见面聊天。7月，马占凯发了这样一条朋友圈：“这是一个可以问每一个区块链人的问题，区块链除了炒币，还能做什么？”现在，马占凯有了自己的答案。
He launched a block-chain learning challenge, scheduled to finish 30 days, currently reading 17 books at a reading speed of one book per day, meeting and talking to entrepreneurs in two or five block-chains a week. In July, he sent out a circle of friends: “This is a question for each block-chainer, what else can the block-chain do in addition to blowing coins?” Now, Majanke has his own answer.

马占凯认为，区块链本身是一项技术，也是引领浪潮的一项伟大发明。他给区块链下的定义是金融自动机，理论上金融行业靠人工进行的低效环节都可以被机器和区块链所取代。
According to Majankay, the block chain is a technology in itself and a great invention to lead the tide. He defines the block chain as financial self-motivation, and the theoretically artificially inefficient link of the financial sector can be replaced by machine and block chains.
马占凯谈到，一切金融的毛细血管都要被区块链化，区块链不是一个可有可无的东西，而是唯一一项能保证可信，透明的技术。
Majankay said that all the fine veins of finance were to be chained to blocks, which were not an option, but the only technology that would guarantee credibility and transparency.
“如今大量资源耗费在了低效率的金融中介上，比如会计师事务所进行的审计，财务数据需要人工审核确认等等。在未来，极端情况下，一个公司从成立之初，每一笔开支都建立在区块链上，每一张发票每一笔资金都不需要再度人工审核，因为它们生来就是合乎规范的。理论上如果这家公司要进行IPO，今天提交资料明天就可以上市了，这是最理想的状态。”

与许多谈“币”色变的区块链创业者截然不同，马占凯认为“比特币是最顶级的产品设计。”
In contrast to many block-chain entrepreneurs who talk about the colour of the currency, Majanke considers that "bitcoin is the top product design."
为什么这么说？他总结了四点原因：其一，个人发行货币这件事情本身就难以想象，中本聪在完全没有露面的情况下，以一人或者一个小团体之力做到了一个国家政权才能做到的事；其二，比特币尽管是站在巨人肩膀上，但却将密码学，金融，计算机编程等完美融合；其三，再优秀的产品冷启动都是一道坎，而比特币实现了自主启动，说明中本聪一定极度懂人性；其四，比特币包含的多种技术都与实际应用对应，如POW挖矿机制，哈希指针的链式存储结构等等，自比特币诞生至今除了修修补补几乎没有大的漏洞，说明在设计之初就预见了未来。
He summarized four reasons: first, that it was hard to imagine that the issue of money by individuals could have been done by a single person or by a small group without showing up at all; second, that Bitcoin, while standing on the shoulders of giants, had perfectly integrated cryptology, finance, computer programming, etc.; third, that the cold start of excellent products was a canon, and that Bitcoin was self-starting, indicating that he must have a great understanding of humanity; and fourth, that Bitcoin contained a variety of technologies that corresponded to practical applications, such as the Pow mining mechanism, the chain storage structure of the Hashian needles, and so on, that since the birth of Bitcoins had done little to repair, it had shown that the future had been foreseen at the beginning of the design.

几年来养成的学习方法让他快速输入大量知识的同时，也输出许多自己的总结思考。沿着比特币的这条发展线，马占凯推测，未来，AI芯片将每年挽救100万人的生命，其中，矿机巨头比特大陆将占领30%AI芯片市场，并将推动这件事情早实现3年。
The learning methods that have been developed over the years have allowed him to quickly enter a great deal of knowledge, while at the same time exporting much of his own synoptic thinking. Along this line of development in Bitcoin, Mahankai assumes that, in the future, the AI chip will save one million lives a year, of which the mineral giant Bit continent will occupy 30% of the AI chip market and will drive this up to three years earlier.
马占凯细细道来其中的逻辑：当下全球每年车祸死亡人数大概有120万人，自动驾驶未来将会得到完全普及。而现在中国所有摄像头都没有人工智能评判开启红绿灯调配，因为在云端没有这么高的算力去计算人流车流，数据没办法全部传到云端进行人工智能识别。如何实现呢？有一个概念叫做边缘计算，就是指把计算放到靠近数据源生产的一端，摄像头就放在摄像头里，交通灯就放在交通灯里，也就是说每一个智能设备里都要包含AI芯片。届时芯片的需求量是500亿到1000亿的规模，一定程度上依赖于低成本的厂家进入。
The logic behind this is that there are about 1.2 million car crash deaths worldwide every year, and that autopilots will be fully popular in the future. According to Majankay, the current sector of the block chain, which resembles the Internet in 2000 or so, is of profound value in itself, but it appears as a face unknown to the public. 既然决定投入，就一刻都不能等待。马占凯重新组建团队，并于今年5月完成了一千万元天使轮融资，7月中旬，发布了第一个版本的番茄钱包。
If you decide to invest in it, you can't wait for a moment. Mahankai re-established his team, completed the $10 million Angel Round financing last May, and released the first version of the tomato wallet in mid-July.
为什么选择了钱包方向？马占凯回答：token是区块链世界的基石。抓住了token就把握住了整个行业的流量入口。
Why the wallet? Mahakei replied: Token is the cornerstone of the block chain world. Catching token holds the flow entrance to the whole industry.
“在区块链世界做什么都需要token，资产需要有一个入口，不可能是交易所，只能是钱包，就像是支付宝。为什么不可能是交易所？因为交易所太重了，交易所的安全级别是最高的，就像我们买个煎饼果子，尽管银行卡一样可以做到，但是没必要去刷银行卡，而是用微信和支付宝。”
同时，钱包产品与马占凯的能力模型非常匹配。番茄钱包的使用体验非常适合小白用户，做产品对马占凯来说是轻车熟路，这显然也归功于马占凯前十年产品经理的经验积累和创业经历。

马占凯发朋友圈的频率非常高，一天十条几乎是常态，因为“让别人知道你在做什么非常重要”，在他最近几个月的朋友圈中，超过一半都与区块链或者番茄钱包测试相关。从支持BTC，ETH两类币种，到支持无需代开的EOS无障碍开户以及转帐，自7月18日首个版本上线，目前番茄钱包已发布了四个版本，并且还在迅速迭代。
