11月11日晚间，FTX官方发布消息，已开启破产程序，其创始人SBF（Sam Bankman Fried）已辞去首席执行官一职。
On the evening of 11 November, an official FTX announcement opened insolvency proceedings and its founder, SBF (Sam Bankman Fried), resigned as CEO.
公告表示，FTX US、Alameda Research Ltd和大约130家其他附属公司（合称“FTX集团”）已根据《美国破产法》第二章在特拉华州地区开始自愿程序，为全球所有利益相关者启动有序的资产审查和货币化程序。同时，John Ray已被任命为FTX集团的首席执行官，SBF将继续协助过渡。
The bulletin states that FTX US, Alameda Research Ltd, and some 130 other subsidiaries (collectively known as the FTX Group) have initiated voluntary procedures in the Delaware region under Chapter II of the United States Bankruptcy Code to initiate an orderly asset review and monetization process for all stakeholders around the globe. Meanwhile, John Ray has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the FTX Group, and SBF will continue to assist in the transition.
同时，前FTX机构销售主管Zane Tackett 在被解雇后披露了部分FTX的财务数据，显示FTX负债88亿美元，流动性缺口为79亿美元。
At the same time, the former FTX sales manager, Zane Tackett, disclosed some FTX financial data after his dismissal, showing a liability of $8.8 billion for FTX and a liquidity gap of $7.9 billion.
而11日下午，据TechFlow报道，Alameda Research（Alameda）今天召开会议，全员辞职，部分员工向曾经的VC合作伙伴发送了告别信息。
In the afternoon of 11, TechFlow reported that Alameda Research (Alameda) had met today, that the entire staff had resigned and that some staff had sent farewell messages to former VC partners.
据悉，Alameda与FTX关系紧密，均为SBF创办的公司，而FTX本次的风波就源于Alameda的资产负债表事件。11月2日，由于Alameda的资产负债表上有高达61.12亿美元FTX发行的FTT代币，从而引发了市场对FTT流动性的担忧。
Alameda is known to be closely associated with the FTX, a company founded by the SBF, and the current wave of the FTX originated from the Alameda balance sheet incident. On November 2, Alameda’s balance sheet contained up to $6.12 billion in FTT currency issued, raising market concerns about FTT liquidity.
风波过程中，币安曾意向全面收购FTX以解决其流动性危机，但最终因尽职调查结果放弃潜在收购，后续SBF曾向波场创始人孙宇晨寻求帮助，孙宇晨曾于11月10日在推特上表示：“正在与FTX一起制定解决流动性危机的方案”。
In the course of the windwaves, the currency attempted to fully acquire FTX to resolve its liquidity crisis, but eventually abandoned the potential acquisition due to due diligence, following which the SBF sought the help of Sun Woo-moo, the founder of the Bounty, who had said on Twitter on 10 November that “a solution to the liquidity crisis is being developed together with FTX”.
11日，据金十报道，波场创始人孙宇晨表示：“已准备好为FTX提供数十亿美元的援助。我们需要对FTX进行充分的调查。仍在与FTX就进一步计划进行谈判。”
On 11th, Kim X reported that Sun Woo-moo, the founder of the Dome, said, "We are ready to provide billions of dollars of aid to FTX. We need to conduct a full investigation of FTX. Negotiations on further plans are still under way with FTX."
币安创始人赵长鹏11月11日在印度尼西亚金融科技峰会上表示，退出收购 FTX，因为“该交易在许多方面都没有意义”，从财务角度来看，FTX 有一个“大洞”需要填补，同时币安覆盖了 FTX 覆盖的所有区域。
At the Indonesian Financial Science and Technology Summit on 11 November, the founder, Zhao Changjun, stated that the acquisition of FTX had been withdrawn because “the deal was meaningless in many respects” and that, from a financial point of view, FTX had a “big hole” to fill, while the currency covered all regions covered by FTX.
截至发稿，BTC短线下行跌破17000 USDT，现报16550.2 USDT，24小时跌幅为5.74%。
By the time of publication, BTC had fallen short by 17,000 USDT and now reported 16550.2 USDDT, with a decline of 5.74 per cent in 24 hours.
