The Star (Stellar) is a new payment system, similar to that recently introduced by McCaleb, the original founder of Mt-Gox and Ripple. The Executive Director of the Star Development Foundation, Joyce King, said that the star would serve as a bridge between French and digital currency, which is the key to digital money being used by mainstream users. This new platform is a decentralized gateway to digital currency transmission between digital currency and statutory currency. Like Ripoco and Bitcoin, the star will also have its own digital currency, Stellar.
