1月3日，雲南省委書記陳豪、省長阮成發率隊在昆明調研“數字雲南”展示中心建設情況，並召開現場工作會議推進“數字雲南”建設有關工作。陳豪強調，要認真學習貫徹習近平總書記對發展數字經濟的重要指示精神和黨中央、國務院關於加快發展數字經濟的戰略部署，以“數字產業化、產業數字化、數字化治理”為發展主線，深入推進“數字雲南”建設，為高質量跨越式發展增添新動能。

陳豪強調，各級各部門要堅定信心、認清形勢、明確目標，深入推進“數字雲南”建設。要加快推進新一代信息基礎設施建設，力爭通信基礎設施主要指標達到全國中上水平，為“數字雲南”建設提供基礎保障﹔要加快產業數字化轉型，創新發展工業互聯網，深入實施智能制造工程，加快農業農村數字化進程，推進服務業數字化升級，大力培育新模式新業態﹔要加快發展數字經濟核心產業，圍繞重點方向打造產業集群，加快發展智慧教育、智慧醫療等，做大數字經濟產業規模﹔要加快推進數字化治理，強化數字技術在政務服務、市場監管、公共安全等領域應用，推動智慧政府、智慧城市、智慧邊境、智慧環保等建設發展﹔要營造數字經濟發展生態，積極爭取國家支持打造中國面向南亞東南亞數字經濟示范區，建設一批數字經濟示范城市，打造立足西部、面向南亞東南亞的數字經濟品牌。
